Pearl is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. She is accredited by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a registered full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). She has provided clinical supervision to other psychologists extensively and is a clinical supervisor to postgraduate clinical psychology interns. Her passion in teaching and mentoring has earned her a National Healthcare Group Teaching Award for Allied Health Educators in 2016.

Pearl has significant experience working with children, adolescents and their families in hospital, clinical and community settings both in Australia and Singapore for more than a decade. She focuses on using evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help children and adolescents overcome their psychological and behavioural difficulties. She also specializes in conducting diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorders and psychometric assessments for special school placements. She has provided individual and group interventions to individuals on the autism spectrum to help them navigate the social world more confidently.

Pearl fully embraces neurodiversity and hopes to empower families to use positive parenting practices. She believes in helping every child and adolescent achieve their full potential, develop into resilient individuals and be ready for the challenges of the future.
